Will
I be required to sign a long term contract ? |

No. All of our centres operate
an easy-in, easy-out policy whereby one months written notice on either side
is all that is required to terminate your occupancy.

What
are the up-front costs ? |
|
Before you are able to take up
occupancy, we will require a deposit (the equivalent of one month's rent/licence
fee) and your first month's rent/licence fee in advance. The deposit will
be returned to you upon departure, less any amounts which may be due to
us..

Will
I need to provide references ? |
|
Yes. We seek two references
(preferrably business source) during the application stage..

Are there
any additional costs other than the monthly fee ? |
|
The only additional charges you
may incur relate to any of the central services offered at our centres -
such as photocopying, fax, telephone calls etc. These are charged monthly..

When
will I have access to my office ? |
|
Although our reception areas operate
normal office hours, licensees will have access to the premises on a 24/7
basis, with the exception of our Tyneside Stables centre..

What
about broadband or internet provision ? |
|
We do not supply any broadband
or internet service. As a licensee, you will be welcome to choose your own
provider and arrange the service yourself..

What
is the application process ? |
|
All prospective licensees must
apply for accommodation through our standard application procedure. You can
obtain an application form in person from the reception areas of our centres
or you can download the form in the "Downloads" section of this website.
However, please do not submit an application until you have spoken to a member
of staff from your preferred site to check availability. |
