Will I be required to
sign a long term contract ? |

No. All of our centres operate
an easy-in easy-out policy, whereby one months written notice on either side
is all that is required to terminate your occupancy. |
|

What are the up-front
costs ? |
|
|
Before you are able to take up
occupancy, we will require a deposit (the equivalent of one month's rent/licence
fee) and your first month's rent/licence fee in advance. The deposit will
be returned to you upon departure, less any amounts which may still be due
to us. |
|

|
Will I need to provide
references ? |
|
|
Yes. We will look to obtain two
references (preferably from a business source) during your application
stage. |
|
|
|
Are there any additional
costs other than the monthly fee ? |
|
|
The only additional charges you
may be invoiced for relate to any of the central services offered throughout
our centres - such as photocopying, telephone calls, fax transmissions. These
are invoiced on a monthly basis. |
|

|
Are there meeting and
conference facilities available ? |
|
|
Two of our centres offer conference
facilities, at Gear House in Gateshead and OWNERS in Newburn, available to
hire either by the hour or by the day, and prices start from as little as
just £7 per hour. Facilities are often also available for hire by outside
organisations at very competitive rates. For more details please contact
the Centre Manager at your preferred venue. |

When will I have access
to my office ? |
|
|
All of our centres offer access
to licensees on a 24/7 basis (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) with the exception
of Tyneside Stables. |

|
What about broadband
and internet provision ? |
|
|
We don't restrict your options
on broadband. As a client of ours, you'll be free to choose whichever broadband
provider you prefer. |
|
|
|
What happens to telephone
calls if I'm unavailable or out of the office ? |
|
|
Our admin and reception team will
take messages on your behalf, leaving you free to attend to your business
needs. You can collect your messages either by calling in to reception in
person or by telephone. |

|
What provision are there
for postal services ? |
|
|
Our centres all offer postal collection
services during the normal working week. |
|
|
|
How soon can I take up
occupancy ? |
|
|
All prospective licensees and tenants
must apply for accommodation through our standard application procedure.
You can obtain an application form in person from any of our centres or from
the 'Downloads' section of this website. Please do not submit a downloaded
application form unless you have already spoken to a member of staff from
your preferred site to check availability. |
