The Pinetree Centre is a large
business centre located in the town centre of Birtley on the County Durham
borders.
The centrally located reception area is the first point of contact for your
business callers, where they will be met by experienced reception staff.
A central switchboard provides a telephone link to all offices, with messages
being taken in your absence. |

Road, Birtley - within a mile of the A1(M) and the North East's main road
networks. |

CONVENIENCE |
|
|
|
The Pinetree Centre's reception
and administration team provide service from 8:30am-5pm during the normal
working week (Monday to Friday) with full on-site management available.
Outside of normal working hours, the premises are regularly patrolled by
the security staff of our neighbours, Komatsu (UK). However, as a licensee,
you have access to the premises 24 hours a day 7 days a week. |

A full range of secretarial services
are available, including fax, photocopying and typing. Each office is equipped
with a telephone linked through to the central switchboard. All offices are
equipped with basic office furniture including a desk, chair, and filing
cabinet. Vending machines in the centre provide hot and cold drinks, and
a spacious kitchen with an included eating area provides a microwave, kettle
and fridge. |

The size of our offices range from
124 sq.ft up to almost 600 sq.ft, provided on a flexible licence agreement.
Should you need to vacate the centre for any reason, only one months written
notice is required. |
