Gear House is an established
business centre situated within the Baltic area of Gateshead. In addition
to excellent public transport provision, the centre enjoys close links to
all major road networks, leading to the City of Newcastle, the Railway Station
and Newcastle International Airport.
The centre provides 63 offices and 9 workshops together with conference
facilities. The centre has a central reception area with experienced professional
staff to receive visitors and answer the main telephone switchboard.
If you're not available, the experienced reception staff will take a message
for you, so there's no need to worry about missing any important calls. You'll
find a large car park on site, with 100 car parking spaces available to licensees
and their visitors. |

The size of offices available range
from 90 square feet right through to a self-contained suite, which can be
customised to your requirements. Offices are decorated, carpeted, and equipped
with a desk, a chair, filing cabinet and telephone handset linked in to the
centralised switchboard. You'll also find ample electricity points, lighting
and heating. |

WORKSHOPS |
|
|
|
A small number of internal workshops
are available with sizes ranging from192 sq.ft to 208 sq.ft. Externally,
six workshops are available sized 538 sq.ft. The cost per calendar month
is exclusive of lighting, heating and cleaning. |

There are many benefits associated
with Gear House, where occupancy is offered on a flexible licence agreement
(easy in, easy out). Office accommodation is offered at an all-inclusive
cost per calendar month which includes rent, rates, water rates, lighting,
heating, cleaning, 24 hour access to the premises, together with a fully
staffed reception service between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to
Friday. |

A comprehensive range of secretarial
services are available within the centre if required, including centrally
located fax and photocopying facilities. Conference and meeting room facilities
are also available for hire at a very reasonable hourly rate. You will also
have full use of kitchens on all floors, including microwave, kettle and
a fridge. |
