Managed Business Space Limited
(MBSL) provide quality and affordable office and workshop accommodation in
four centres located in pleasant and convenient locations across the North
East of England.
Our business centres are managed and operated by a highly experienced team
of dedicated staff, who are always available to provide help and support
in a wide variety of areas.
The services available include a range of administrative and secretarial
services such as typing, photocopying, message taking and telephone
support.
MBSL was established in April 2003 as the parent company to five existing
managed workspace centres across the North of England. The purpose of this
organisational change was to strengthen the ability of these centres to function
more effectively from a position of increased stability.
The business centres themselves were originally created in the 1980's by
the Tyne & Wear Enterprise Trust (Entrust), with a view to nurturing
new and growing small businesses.
All four MBSL centres are based in pleasant and convenient locations throughout
the region, including the Baltic area of Gateshead, the centre of Newcastle
upon Tyne, Newburn village, and in Birtley town centre, on the border with
County Durham.
The company is an Enterprise Agency and operates as a "not for profit"
organisation and is limited by guarantee. The board of directors, who guide
the company, is comprised of leading members of the local business community,
who between them bring a wealth of valuable experience from a variety of
backgrounds, including the commercial, voluntary and government sectors,
both here in the North East and on a national basis. |
